Strategic Planning Lead

Overview:

  HTX is Singapore's leading Science and Technology agency that integrates a diverse range of capabilities to innovate and deliver transformative solutions for homeland security.

  The role sits in the xCode function, focusing on organic software development for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic direction by planning long-term goals, allocating resources, and developing capabilities.
  • Engage senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align expectations and secure buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps and future capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or IT governance.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
  • Visionary thinking, strong interpersonal skills, decision-making abilities, and a self-directed approach to strategic planning.

Benefits:

  All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract. Permanent tenure may be assessed based on performance.
