Corporate Planning Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Corporate Planning Specialist to support our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting at the company level, providing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly reporting materials on business progress, highlighting key implications for management through data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) teams to improve operational processes.
  • Report on financial projects to drive business expansion and operational improvements in Japan.

Requirements:

  • More than three years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in FP&A.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify business strategy implications from financial data.
  • Ability to understand multiple business models and their strategies deeply.
  • Business-level English proficiency is essential.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required for communication and collaboration with colleagues in Japan HQ.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in FP&A, specifically in budgeting and forecasting.
