Job Title: Strategic Planning Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Planning function, you will contribute to shaping our future and advancing our mission to transform and deliver corporate shared services.

This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, external profiling & communications, and management of visits & international relations. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing annual planning guidance and supporting the work planning process
  • Reviewing and formulating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Curating agendas for cross-agency meetings and compiling periodic reports
  • Designing and organising key corporate events such as Management Retreats
  • Facilitating alignment among our management and staff
  • Overseeing corporate communications platforms and branding collaterals
  • Creatings content highlighting our achievements and initiatives
  • Coordinating visits by foreign and local entities to facilitate knowledge exchange
  • Solidifying partnerships through VITAL Advisory Panel activities

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Analytical thinking and good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Interpersonal skills to engage with staff at various levels
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and media software

We welcome candidates with an interest in public sector work. If you have experience in corporate planning, strategy development, or related fields, you may be considered for the Senior Manager position.
