Job Title: Financial Strategy Director

The organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Strategy Director to spearhead strategic planning and drive business growth.

Job Description:

As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading annual and long-term strategic planning initiatives. This involves assessing macroeconomic trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.

You will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights that guide business decisions.

Additionally, you will collaborate with finance and business units to align growth initiatives with financial objectives and support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 6-10 years' experience in in-house strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.
