Job Title: Director of Financial Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our organization as the Director of Financial Strategy. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our business, including accounts management, budget planning, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of financial aspects, including accounts management, budget planning, and analysis.
  • Financial modeling to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Budgeting processes and variance analysis for optimal business outcomes.
  • Cash flow management, AR/AP cycles, and cash balance optimization.
  • Adherence to financial regulations and standards; audit coordination.
  • Cost-saving initiatives and best practices implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP and BPC knowledge advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
