We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Western Cuisine Chef. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes, including pasta, pizza, grilled meats, and salads.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering ingredients.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Western cuisine kitchen operations.
  • Proficient in various kitchen stations (grill, pasta, pizza, salad, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
