We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 3 years' experience in Western culinary or equivalent role in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating, as well as excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of specific stations or sections of the kitchen, such as sauces, pastries, or hot and cold food;">
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation;">
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items, incorporate new techniques, and introduce seasonal ingredients;">
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in your assigned station;">
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the kitchen team;">
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations;">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:
