Senior Western Cuisine Chef

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Western dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
The ideal candidate will have relevant Western cuisine cooking experience, including hot or cold dishes. They will also possess knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring safe and proper functioning.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, as well as working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and an excellent dining experience.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Relevant Western cuisine cooking experience, including hot or cold dishes.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff.
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, with an understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
