Job Title:

Chef de Partie - Western Cuisine


About the Role:

This is a key role within our culinary team where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food are essential qualities required for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.
  • Maintain the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
  • Adhere to health/sanitation regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstations.

Requirements:
  • A Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent is required.
  • Possibly one year's experience working in Western cuisine would be preferred.
  • The ability to work on weekends/public holidays is necessary.

Working Hours:

This role requires a 5.5 days rostered work week, with an average of 44 hours per week. Split shifts are required, with kitchen closure between 3pm-6pm.


Locations:

The possible locations for this role include Hillview, Dempsey, Chip Bee, Dairy Farm, Jewel Changi, and Serangoon.
