Job Title

As a Senior Leader in Biomedical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. The Eastern General Hospital is seeking an exceptional professional to join their team and lead the development of innovative biomedical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in hospital operations. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, budgets are managed effectively, and quality standards are met.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage stakeholders in a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, change management, and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining operations requirements for biomedical systems
  • Collaborating with technology partners to design and implement BME systems
  • Establishing guidelines and project timelines
  • Leading and facilitating workshops and meetings with project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in hospital operations
  • Strong knowledge and skills in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption, and process methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in project management and change management
