Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
">Our company seeks a diligent Quality Assurance Professional to perform daily quality checks, prepare monthly reports, and provide training to sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily QAQC checks and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and submit monthly QAQC reports to the Corporate QAQC Department
- Provide regular QAQC training to sub-contractors
- Issue non-compliance notifications to sub-contractors
- Attend monthly QAQC presentations and meetings at the Corporate QAQC Department
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, test protocols, and other relevant records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced diploma or diploma in a related field
- Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO)
- Experience with inspection techniques, measurement tools, and testing equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Minimum 3 years' experience
