Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to support the refinement and maintenance of project management best practices within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- To establish and/or refine quality procedures, policies, and documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- To assist & support in the implementation and enforcement of Quality Management best practice for ICT Systems.
- To promote a Quality mindset, awareness, and culture throughout the organisation.
- To ensure compliance and implementation of quality assurance standards and procedures.
- To collaborate with other departments/sections on departmental/sectional improvement projects to improve productivity, eliminate operational waste and increase efficiency of work.
- Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality management systems, or a related role.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Project/Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain, to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
- At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Quality Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance Management.
