Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to ensure the quality of our products and services.

This role involves being the main point of contact for customer quality issues, communication, and audits.

  • Main contact for customer quality issues, communication, and audits
  • Investigate and implement corrective actions to resolve non-conformance cases
  • Monitor quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
  • Perform product inspections and maintain process control documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders regarding quality-related matters
  • Identify and investigate root causes of quality issues
  • Analyze and implement process improvements to prevent future quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records of quality data and metrics

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., quality assurance, supply chain management)
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in customer quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and root cause analysis techniques
