We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our products to ensure they meet regulatory standards.

About This Role

This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of quality assurance principles and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, develop and implement quality control procedures, and investigate and resolve quality issues.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities, conducting regular audits and assessments, and providing training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality of our products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks through proactive monitoring and analysis
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and errors
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related activities
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or science
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reducing defects
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
