The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Senior Consumer Engagement Executive to join our makeup category (MAC) team in Singapore. This role will oversee omnichannel consumer engagement and marketing communication initiatives to achieve brand objectives. Key responsibilities include defining the affiliate consumer engagement strategy, developing a comprehensive omnichannel plan, and managing social and digital campaigns, CRM programming, and local KOLs. The role also involves defining the consumer journey through integrated communication and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
- Manage social and digital campaigns, including content creation and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM programming and local KOL initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced retail/sales company
- Strong understanding of social digital and e-commerce
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
