Job Title: Plasma Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Plasma Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plasma dicing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new plasma dicing processes and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into existing manufacturing workflows
  • Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions to resolve process-related issues

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in plasma processing and dicing technologies
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
