Advanced Plasma Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of advanced plasma processes that drive innovation and efficiency in our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Root Cause Analysis Expertise: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plasma dicing machine and process workflows, enhancing overall productivity and quality.
  • Customer Solutions: Work closely with customers to design and implement tailored solutions, meeting their specific needs and expectations.
  • Design of Experiments (DOE): Plan, execute, and report on DOE studies to improve process understanding and efficiency.
  • Failure Investigation: Investigate and analyze failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • External Partnerships: Engage with external partners to explore new technologies and capabilities, driving innovation and growth.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee customer engineering builds and qualification builds, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • KPI Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for team success, focusing on plasma dicing development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Material Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
