Job Title: Plasma Etch Process Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced plasma etch process developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced plasma etch processes in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new plasma etch processes for polysilicon and nitride or metal applications.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize current plasma etch processes, including coordinating process development and qualification.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers and/or customers.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably with experience in etch process/equipment and ICP technology is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of deep Silicon etch using Bosch process and other advanced etching techniques is advantageous.
