We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Plasma Process Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge plasma processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material science, applied physics or mechanical engineering and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Root Cause Analysis: Utilize expertise to identify and solve complex problems ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plasma dicing machine and process workflows enhancing overall productivity and quality.
  • Customer Solutions: Design and implement tailored solutions meeting customer specific needs and expectations.
  • Design of Experiments (DOE): Plan execute and report on DOE studies improving process understanding and efficiency.
  • Failure Investigation: Investigate and analyze failures identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • External Partnerships: Engage with external partners exploring new technologies and capabilities driving innovation and growth.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee customer engineering builds and qualification builds ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • KPI Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators for team success focusing on plasma dicing development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Material Science Applied Physics Mechanical Engineering or related field.
