Job Title: Senior Engineering Specialist

Our team is looking for a seasoned engineering professional to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge plasma processing technologies.

  • Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving is essential for success in this role.
  • Develop and improve processes and machines, including the design and implementation of plasma dicing machines and processes.
  • Collaborate with customers to build and qualify new products, ensuring seamless integration with our factory teams.
  • Conduct Failure Analysis and Root Cause Investigation, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and findings.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors to identify solutions that enhance our capabilities.
  • Coordinate customer engineering builds and qualification builds, maximizing resource utilization.
  • Monitor progress toward key milestones and success criteria, communicating regularly with customers.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, focusing on plasma dicing development projects.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
