Process Engineering Specialists is a multi-discipline consultancy providing specialist project management, validation and automation services to our clients throughout Asia’s pharmaceutical and medical device sector. We are currently recruiting for the following Singapore based roles:
**Senior Validation Engineers
We are hiring Validation engineers with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with validation experience of process equipment and clean utilities.
**Responsibilities including:
- Leading the commissioning and validation of pharmaceutical process equipment and clean utilities
- Using the process automation system (Emerson DeltaV) for the commissioning and validation of process equipment and clean utilities
- Protocol Development (IQ, OQ, PQ) / protocol review for process / production equipment and clean utilities
- Interface with client personnel and with outside vendors when necessary while performing the above.
- Managing validation projects - process / production equipment and utilities
- Individual will manage all facets of assigned validation projects while maintaining strong communication with client representative on project status and assistance needed.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Engineering or related scientific degree.
- Minimum 10 years of validation experience in the pharmaceutical sector is essential
- Hands-on commissioning experience of pharmaceutical process systems is essential
- Experience in the operation of Emerson DeltaV process automation system is essential
- Strong analytical mind with good problem solving and writing skills.
- Organized and result-oriented.
- Be able to function successfully in high pressure fast moving multi-discipline / multi-cultural team project environments.
