Senior Industrial Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced industrial engineering specialist to join our team. As a senior industrial engineering specialist, you will be responsible for leading productivity and cost improvement initiatives, overseeing new manufacturing line setup, managing CAPEX budgets, and driving Lean Manufacturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing: layout, Work Standard Instructions (WSI), routing, process & material flow.
- Lead a team in productivity & cost improvement projects.
- Perform cost estimation for potential products.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement resource optimization ideas.
- Conduct time & motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Plan, set up, and optimize manufacturing lines.
- Support new product start-ups and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Track and control CAPEX spending for new manufacturing lines.
- Drive Lean initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping, during line setup.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10–15 years' industrial/manufacturing engineering experience in automotive, electronics, or precision engineering industries.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, WSI, and time & motion studies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
