Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing SME client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and grow SME client accounts by building trust, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote and sell Training Courses, MiniChat Pro/Plus (WhatsApp solutions), and Bosses Connect by leveraging your sales expertise, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive client onboarding, renewals, and upselling of solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support workshops, events, and networking sessions to increase participation by providing valuable insights, promoting company initiatives, and fostering connections among clients and industry professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records (CRM) and provide regular follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets by prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to build trust, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Sales-driven, with experience in client servicing or account management to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/WhatsApp automation is an advantage, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain productivity.
