Business Continuity Management Role

This position is responsible for the implementation of the Business Continuity Management system. The Business Analysis PMO will serve as the business analyst and project manager office for the BCM system implementation project.

  • The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and identify gaps in order to improve overall business efficiency.
  • Gathering business requirements and drafting relevant documentation are essential tasks for this position.
  • Transaction data analysis and fine-tuning business logic are also key responsibilities.
  • The Business Analysis PMO must review system functional requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of user acceptance testing is a critical aspect of this role.
  • This position involves contributing to project management tasks including workload analysis, schedule coordination, and meeting facilitation.
  • Migrating plans and tracking development status are other important duties.
  • The Business Analysis PMO must create and maintain documentation to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Providing project updates to relevant teams and stakeholders is essential for the success of this project.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT service management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of data analysis experience.
  • Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Good understanding of project delivery processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) BCM guidelines is a distinct advantage.
  • Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
