Accounts Payable Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, vendor management, and compliance with group policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify vendor creation forms against necessary documents and assign New Vendor accounts codes in the system.
  • Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash, and E-staff expenses claims are accurate and properly coded.
  • Ensure GST recognition is in compliance with IRAS e-Tax Guide.
  • Check and ensure payments are verified against relevant documents and authorized according to group policies and processes.
  • Carry out monthly vendors' reconciliation.
  • Ensure zero unallocated payments in the system at each month end.
  • Manage and resolve internal and external vendors' enquiries and issues.
  • Assist in AP month end and year end closing.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is preferred; candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
