**Job Title:** Costing Admin
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Costing Admin to join our team. As a Costing Admin, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing electronic folders, and providing support to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for RFQ's received and ensure timely submission in accordance with project requirements.
- Complete and submit client pre-qualification forms along with necessary supporting documents.
- Draft, review, and prepare contract agreements and addendums for subcontractors as required.
- Maintain well-organized electronic folders and files related to contracts and pre-qualifications.
- Update customer PO status on the department portal and provide a weekly summary to relevant teams.
- Support the Manager in various departmental works and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level and above.
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and meticulous.
Benefits:
- 5 working days, Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:30 pm).
- Company transport provided at Boon Lay/Pioneer MRT station.
- Permanent Full Time role.
