Roles and Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, incorporating bills of quantities based on tender documents and drawings to accurately forecast required materials and labor">
  • Evaluate and negotiate tenders from subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions">
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded">
  • Oversee and manage all project stages to maintain strict control over expenses and stay within predetermined budgets">
  • Conduct regular valuations of work in progress and provide accurate forecasts of final costs">
  • Review and approve subcontractor tenders and contracts from a commercial perspective">
  • Certify subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts">
  • Monitor and analyze all commercial information related to the project, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, to ensure adherence to budget">
  • Provide critical information to management for periodic reviews at designated intervals">
Requirements">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience">
  • Proven expertise in either Tender QS (securing projects through competitive bidding and cost estimation) or Project QS (managing financial aspects and cost control during project execution)">
  • Familiarity with M&E Department/ Electrical Industry/ ICT Structured Cabling System, ELV System">
