Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal and maintenance of ISO and Bizsafe certifications
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits, including workers' repatriation
  • Stay up-to-date with MOM laws and regulations, and ensure compliance
  • Update and maintain personnel data files, including employment contracts
  • Administer WICA insurance claims, FWMI, and WICA renewals
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Provide administrative support and attend to phone calls
  • Coordinate training-related matters, including course enrollment and record-keeping
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR/Business or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR and Administration
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and MOM regulations
  • Hands-on, meticulous, high integrity, responsible, and good team player
  • Ability to learn and work independently with good multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet timelines
  • Good communication skills
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, alternate Saturdays, 9am-1pm
