Job Title: Analytical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our laboratory team in delivering high-quality analytical services. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert to drive organizational success.

As an Analytical Specialist, you will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring data integrity and maintaining instrumentation. You will also be responsible for driving analytical excellence across various techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all analytical activities within the laboratory, including operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced instrumentation.
  • Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods according to product development requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Interpret and report analytical data with accuracy and clarity.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including testing reports and work instruction procedures for laboratory equipment.
  • E nsure timely validation and calibration of various instruments.
  • Ensure laboratory compliance with safety, quality, and documentation protocols.
  • Collaborate with Technology, QC, and production teams to support product development and quality assurance.
  • Manage inventory of reagents, consumables, and calibration standards.
  • Train and mentor technicians in daily routine work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or related field with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an analytical laboratory setting.
  • Open to Diploma holder with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proven expertise in operating and maintaining analytical instruments.
  • Understanding of method development and validation protocols.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employment both verbally and in writing.
