
Administrative Finance Assistant

- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry (accounts payable), invoice processing, and document filing.
- Prepare listings for petty cash management.
- Support tasks related to financial management.
- Maintain liaison with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
- Assist with staff expense claims (cash card) processing.
- Perform other administrative or finance-related tasks as assigned by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience handling claims and performing analytical tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of progress payments in construction projects.
- Familiarity with GST regulations and tax compliance principles.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in construction accounting or project-based financial management is advantageous.
