**Position**: Accounts and Admin Assistant
**Vacancy**: 01
**Salary Range**: SGD 2500 - 3200
1) Coordinate and assist in the day to day general administration and operational matters
2) Provide support in both Account Payable & Account Receivable functions
3) Perform monthly bank reconciliations
4) Perform data entry into accounting system
5) To ensure all invoices and receipts are updated in company account system (QuickBook)
6) Make Payment vouchers & prepare payments
7) Preparing Invoices
8) Assist and administer HR Matters for all employees
9) Handle staff’s claims and reimbursement and Petty cash
10) Provide support to the office as necessary in administrative tasks such as Pantry, Stationery,
Assets, Meeting Room, Minutes etc.
11) Perform administrative and clerical duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, scanning and handling courier services and incoming and outgoing mail etc
12) Any other ad hoc assignments
13) Knowledge on HR matters
14) Update of new employees in the system
15) Update on crews renewal
**Requirement**
❖ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
❖ Responsible, good working attitude, proactive, minimum supervision and willing to learn new skills.
❖ Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
❖ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
❖ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, experience in Quickbooks is an added advantage
❖ Able to commence work within short notice.
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
