**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to build innovative solutions that address business challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs, supporting the enterprise strategy to make analytics a product and foster an AI-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own AI/ML use cases from design to deployment and ongoing improvement;
  • Act as AI technical specialist, focusing on Generative AI to enhance sales and operations;
  • Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to build practical AI solutions;
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into AI/ML technical specs;
  • Document datasets, models, performance, code, and workflows;
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI governance standards;
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in AI/ML models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • 3–5 years of experience in data science roles, with AWS platform experience;
  • Familiarity with Document Chunking, Embedding, and Information Retrieval techniques;
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering for designing and managing prompts;
  • Must have hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and deploying foundation models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Amazon Titan, Meta Llama);
  • Experience integrating foundation models into scalable applications using APIs and orchestration tools;
  • Ability to design and apply evaluation frameworks for Generative AI models, including human-in-the-loop evaluation;
  • Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised ML models (linear & logistic regression, clustering, tree-based models);
  • Strong skills in feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation;
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and Spark.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Agentic Flow for user intent-driven models;
  • AWS certifications;
  • MLOps implementation on AWS;
  • Background in finance, telecom, or consulting;
  • Knowledge of Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Hive, S3;
  • Passion for tech and AI upskilling.
