**Job Title:** Senior Engineer

About Our Team

We are a dynamic group of engineers dedicated to innovating solutions across various disciplines. Our mission is to enhance sputter machines through upgrades that improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness, reduce downtime, optimize operations and process capabilities, lower indirect material costs, boost productivity, and ensure readiness for new product conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain state-of-the-art sputter systems.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion within stipulated schedules.
  • Actively participate in technical meetings and discussions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Generate comprehensive reports, including daily updates, issue logs, and Closed Loop Corrective Actions (CLCA).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven experience in installing and maintaining high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
