About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Sales Conduct Compliance to join our team at Manulife (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our Sales Conduct Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our sales practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Balanced Scorecard Audits (BSC) reviews and ensure timely completion of all assigned representatives' BSC audits by the end of the quarter.
- Review and come to a decision on approving Replacement of Policies appeals by our partners in various distribution channels.
- Liaise with Mystery Shopping Exercise vendors and review MSE findings for BSC infractions.
- Work closely with the Sales Conduct Team and support the team in any other areas as assigned by the Team Lead of Sales Conduct Compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, finance)
- At least 3-4 years' experience in the life insurance industry Compliance (Preferably in BSC or T&C)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
