Job Title: Retail Trainer - Luxury Retail/MNC/S6500

A leading luxury brand seeks an experienced and dynamic retail trainer to join its Southeast Asia team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, coaching boutique staff, and supporting onboarding programs across the region.

The goal is to elevate client service, product knowledge, and sales capabilities in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interactive training sessions for internal and partner boutiques (virtual & in-person)
  • Perform boutique visits and provide real-time coaching to improve client experience and sales performance
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking
  • Organize onboarding programs for new hires and ensure completion of required training modules
  • Support planning and logistics for training events and workshops
  • Maintain training records and prepare regular progress updates
  • Collaborate with boutique leaders to embed learning outcomes into daily operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of training experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium sector
  • Diploma or higher in Retail Management, Sales, or related field
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to coach and influence across all levels of retail teams
  • Familiarity with SEA retail markets is advantageous
  • Energetic, optimistic, and highly organized
