As airport manager, CAG performs key functions of airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development, and airport emergency services.
Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Building Systems Operations Lead
Salary: SGD 6,000 - SGD 8,000 per month.
Description
The successful candidate will oversee mechanical systems maintenance and improvement at Singapore Changi Airport, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline work processes, suggesting enhancements, and implementing innovative solutions. Duties include conducting studies on predictive maintenance regimes, exploring new technologies, and participating in digitization and innovation initiatives.
Maintaining mechanical systems such as air-conditioning units, chiller plants, smoke control systems, sprinklers, gas flooding systems, water monitors, lifts, escalators, travellators, and pneumatic waste conveyance systems is also a key responsibility. Supporting M&E teams in their innovative efforts, including establishing digitalization roadmaps, forging partnership agreements, and implementing wireless IoT platforms for sensorization and digital twinning of M&E systems, is another critical aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain mechanical systems and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
- Conduct studies on predictive maintenance regimes and explore new technologies.
- Participate in digitization and innovation initiatives.
- Suggest enhancements to work processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Streamline work processes and ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
A Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of related Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation system and project management experience are preferred. Knowledge of M&E maintenance practices and efficiency standards, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to interpret technical drawings, and knowledge of IT network and Power BI are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of related Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation system and project management experience.
- Knowledge of M&E maintenance practices and efficiency standards.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
