Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Systems Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at Changi Airport Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of Mechanical Systems, including air-conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation systems, and pneumatic waste conveyance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Mechanical Systems, including air-conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation systems, and pneumatic waste conveyance systems
  • Improvement of equipment performance and productivity through innovative efforts, such as digitalization roadmap and partnership agreements with innovative solution providers
  • Management of Mechanical & Electrical Operations and Maintenance Contracts
  • End-of-life projects in Singapore Changi Airport and implementation of improvement/replacement works to enhance facilities within the airport
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders and airport partners to manage work processes and minimize impact on airport/terminal operations
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of related Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation system experience
  • Knowledge of M&E maintenance practices and efficiency standards
  • Analytical skills, strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high motivation for work excellence
  • Able to interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledge of IT network and Power BI is an advantage
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
