Job Title

A legal professional with expertise in various areas including APAC employment law, intellectual property law, company law, contract law, and data protection laws is required.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized law degree from a Commonwealth university and at least 3 years' experience in general commercial practice groups or as an in-house legal counsel technology/telecommunications company.

Key responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting legal research and analysis, maintaining in-house databases according to regulations, drafting and reviewing settlement documents, and coordinating with external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognized law degree from a Commonwealth university
  • At least 3 years' experience in general commercial practice groups or as an in-house legal counsel technology/telecommunications company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong negotiation skills
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in balancing compliance and business objectives
