
Talent Acquisition Manager

A challenging role has become available for a dedicated professional to manage the entire recruitment process.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies through job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to boost our market presence and attractiveness to candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage onboarding activities in collaboration with HR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
