With the data gathered, they develop rigorous and analytical approaches to obtain a deep understanding of Asia.
**The Role**
The Firm is looking for a passionate and creative Talent Acquisition Manager to be a part of its growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement the company talent acquisition strategy
- Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Conduct sourcing activities to attract the right talent
- Perform analysis of organizational needs and anticipate future talent needs
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Serve as the brand ambassador at various recruitment events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Oversee smooth processing of all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Provide monthly updates/insights for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
**Key Requirements**
- Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Business Partner with significant years of talent acquisition experience (minimum five years’ of relevant experience)
- Recognised qualifications in human resources or relevant field
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to set up and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience in enhancing relations between staff and senior leaders.
- Experience in engaging with heads of department and C-suite level leaders.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
