Reinforcement Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Reinforcement Team Lead to oversee the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reinforcement work and excellent leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in achieving project objectives and ensure timely completion.
- Lead the team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Receive reinforcement materials at the site and record necessary data.
- Familiarize yourself with architectural drawings and structural drawings.
- Communicate project objectives to the team to ensure work progress meets customer requirements.
- Tackle specific tasks such as erecting stirrups, installing and binding rebar.
- Verify the size, quantity, and spacing of steel bars to guarantee quality.
- Participate in regular inspections and rectification of defects, then hand over completed work to the concrete supervisor for casting.
Requirements:
- Possess the BCA-certified steel bar skills test qualification.
- Able to comprehend and execute construction drawings.
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry.
