The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of steel reinforcement work according to structural drawings, specifications, and quality standards, within the project timeline.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars.
  • Ensure rebar work complies with structural drawings and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other trade supervisors to plan work sequences.
  • Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and material usage.
  • Inspect and verify rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting.
  • Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow workplace regulations.
  • Resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of work progress, materials received/used, and manpower attendance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings.
  • At least 3–5 years relevant experience in rebar installation supervision.
