Job Title: Mortuary Support Specialist
Job Description:
The role of a Mortuary Support Specialist is a demanding yet rewarding position that requires individuals to work closely with funeral advisors and bereaved families during the funeral process. Key responsibilities include assisting with the collection and transportation of deceased, preparing coffins and encoffining, loading and unloading heavy items/coffins, and driving a funeral hearse.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Class 3/3A driving license, be able to lift heavy weights (up to 25kg), perform physical work, and demonstrate computer literacy. Additionally, they must be comfortable with shift work, overtime, and tasks such as holding joss sticks and close contact with the deceased. A compassionate attitude when dealing with bereaved families is essential.
