We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager to join our team. As a key member of the M&E contractor's tender management department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective tendering processes.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from initial stages through to award. This includes analyzing and clarifying RFQs, preparing risk management checklists, conducting site visits, and leading the preparation and submission of tenders.
You will also be responsible for coordinating project involvement during the tender phase, including manpower planning and preparation of project organization charts and preliminary costs. Additionally, you will enhance and consolidate quotes to meet target win prices, prepare tender cost summaries for management approval, and ensure margin protection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Quantity Surveying related studies.
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying/Tender Management for M&E Contractor environment.
- Experience in handling building construction projects will be advantageous.
