Customer Service Director

Our client, a leading 3PL Logistics company, is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to drive excellence in their customer service team. As a key member of the airfreight division, you will oversee daily operations, collaborate with departments to optimize procedures, and lead the implementation of new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the export customer service team to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with airfreight division departments to streamline processes and minimize inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement new business initiatives to meet customer needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide training to employees to excel in their roles.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and maintain records of team training activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
