This course is designed to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of digital commerce, encompassing strategies to build an omnichannel business model and optimize inventory management.
Upon completion, you will attain a WSQ Diploma in Retail (E-Commerce/Omni-Channel) and be able to enhance digital marketing efforts using various tools to drive traffic and improve online presence.
Course Overview- Customer Experience Innovation: Develop skills in enhancing customer experience, identifying and mapping the organization's current customer journey, analyzing for gaps, and implementing proposed improvements.
- Emerging Technology: Learn to lead analysis and drive implementation of emerging technologies for organizational effectiveness, shaping strategies and objectives for process improvement and change management.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Formulate overarching SEO strategies for digital assets and content, evaluating their effectiveness across channels in terms of ROI, managing, executing, monitoring, and conducting analysis on the performance of SEO campaigns.
- Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Acquire skills to manage, review, and monitor implementation of SEM strategies, establishing targets, conducting analysis on the performance of SEM campaigns, and recommending opportunities for improvement.
- Website Design: Understand how consumers make purchase decisions and how the design and content of a website plays a crucial role in converting visitors into customers. Learn to create a website based on well-established principles of good website design.
- Social Media Marketing: Learn the factors to evaluate potential social media marketing opportunities, draw up a social media marketing strategy suited to the organization's objectives, and outreach to new consumers and engage current ones.
- Content Management: Identify key messages, themes, tone, and personality for content, store content, manage information architecture, and visual compositions of multimedia sites.
