Job Title: Digital Commerce Specialist

About the Role:

This role is focused on managing wholesale accounts, building strong relationships with partners, and overseeing e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wholesale accounts: process orders, track deliveries, coordinate with logistics & finance teams.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale partners to ensure timely stock replenishment, sales tracking, and smooth account servicing.
  • Oversight of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify): upload SKUs, manage product listings, update pricing & promotions.
  • Monitor online sales performance, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with warehouse & merchandising teams.
  • Assist in campaign execution (seasonal promotions, online launches, voucher programs) with marketing and retail teams.
  • Prepare regular sales & inventory reports for both wholesale and e-commerce channels.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and ensure high customer satisfaction across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in wholesale account management, sales coordination, or e-commerce operations (preferably in fashion/retail).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and digital merchandising.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills to liaise across sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
