This role is focused on overseeing daily e-commerce operations and developing strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.
Main Responsibilities:- E-commerce Platform Management:
- Ensure seamless daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Pursue strategic e-commerce initiatives to boost sales and increase brand presence.
- Product Listings & Merchandising:
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions for improved visibility.
- Create promotional campaigns and category merchandising strategies to drive conversions.
- Live Streaming Operations:
- Set up equipment and conduct thorough checks for smooth live sessions.
- Manage live-stream sessions to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Influencer Collaboration & Management:
- Identify and collaborate with affiliate creators for brand promotion and product exposure.
- Support performance goal setting and target planning for influencers conducting live sessions.
- Customer Service & Inventory Coordination:
- Partner with customer service teams to handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
