Senior E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive digital growth. This key player will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in our e-commerce platforms, delivering a seamless customer experience from browsing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations & Product Management:
    • Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and guarantee timely deliveries to customers.
    • Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies with the Finance department.
  • Campaign & Promotion Execution:
    • Develop and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.
    • Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as roadshows.
  • Customer & Corporate Programs:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds in a timely and brand-positive manner.
    • Own the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme (CEPP), including new program development and implementation.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about e-commerce, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
