Director of Strategy and Development

- They will collaborate with senior leadership to define regional and local strategic priorities through executive-level reporting and presentations.
- The Director of Strategy and Development will design and implement capability development projects that align with overall business strategy and resource optimisation.
- They will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organisational goals are met and consistency in messaging is maintained.
- The successful candidate will ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and maintain up-to-date performance reports for stakeholders.
- A good team player with a results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Human Development or relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in leading change management with best practices.
- Strong facilitation abilities for leading, training, coaching, and influencing across diverse functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
